Heavy rain from December 06 has caused massive flooding in the southern states of Malaysia. Just as evacuees are returning to their homes, a second wave of floods have hit them badly again. What is happening with our drainage system there? I can't even begin to think how lost and desperate the people affected must feel. Sigh. Damage from the earlier flooding was just assessed and now they are floating in water yet again.
